Returns Policy:
If you are unhappy with the goods you have received or you have changed your mind, you can return the goods within 14 days and we will issue a credit note for the value of the goods returned. If 14 days have passed unfortunately we cannot offer a return.
We will not be responsible for return shipping fees nor will we credit the original shipping fee unless your entire order consists of one single product, which is found to be faulty.
In order to request a return, your goods must be unused and in their original packaging, unless faulty. Please note, we will not issue a credit note if the item is not faulty, in its original packaging, damaged or has missing parts.
In order to process your return we will require your original order confirmation or order number.
The process of returning your goods
To begin the returns procedure, please email [email protected].
Please include in your email the following:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Contact Number
- Address
- Items that you want to return
- Reason why
Once we have received your email, a member of our team will get back to you in 1-2 working days confirming whether or not you can return your goods.
After you have received confirmation, you must post the goods back to us at Preston House, Preston Street, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD7 1JE. Please include a note with the above details in your parcel.
We recommend you use Signed for First Class post to avoid the goods being lost in the post.
What cannot be returned
You cannot return the following:
- Gift cards.
- E-Liquids cannot be returns as they are classed as consumable products.
- Tanks, unless they are faulty due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Coils once they are opened.
- Tanks, Kits, Coils once the seals are broken.
- Sale items.
Credit Notes
Once we have received your return and it has been inspected we will send you a confirmation email notifying you that we have received your return. This will be followed by an email to confirm if your return has been approved or declined.
If your return has been approved we will issue the credit note via email to theoriginal email address used to place your order. Please allow 24 hours for the credit note email to be received.
In order to use your credit note, please enter it in the ‘Promotional Codes’ box at checkout when placing your next order and this will be deducted from your total payable.
Shipping
To return your product you must post the returned goods back to us at Preston House, Preston Street, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD7 1JE. Please include the returns slip provided by on of our team in your package.
We recommend you use Signed for First Class post to avoid the goods being lost in the post.
Any postage & packaging costs for returning your item back to us will not be refunded back to you, these are your responsibility.
