The Nitecore Intellicharger New i2 is a better version of the original i2. It is more compatible, works better, and is smarter. With two slots that work with most types of rechargeable batteries, you don’t have to keep a dozen different chargers for your collection of gadgets.

The Nitecore i2 can automatically recognise Li-ion, LiFePO4, Ni-MH, and Ni-Cd rechargeable batteries and use the right charging mode: Constant Current (CC), Constant Voltage (CV), or Trickle Charge.

Each battery bay has its own microprocessor, meaning it is capable of monitoring and charging batteries independently.

Insert, Detect, and Charge
The front face is the most obvious difference between the old NiteCore i2 and the newer one. The old yellow power bars have been replaced with a modern LCD screen, and the charging progress is now shown as a percentage along with green LED lights.

As with the first i2, all you have to do is put the 18650 battery in the slot, and the new i2 will charge itself.

Small and easy to use
The New Nitecore Intellicharger i2 is a small device that can charge batteries with flat tops that are 30mm to 69.3mm long. Some protected 26650 cells are very long and might not fit in the i2 bay.

The Nitecore Intellicharger i2 works with Ni-MH, Ni-Cd, LiFePO4, and IMR batteries. It has the ability to charge two batteries at the same time.
